I'll clear this up for you mate... The allegations came from a 2 minute audio clip, which was taken from a 12 minute audio recording (which only the police and manchester united have heard, along with the witnesses). LONG before Greenwood was arrested or charged, his girlfriend was protesting to the CPS that he was innocent... the CPS, being child protective services, (because they were both minors at the time of the incident) ignored her and charged him anyway... then they had to drop the charges later because a witness dropped out AND "new material has come to light". They were unable to charge him because they found evidence which contradicted both their case AND witnesses. The CPS does NOT need witnesses to press charges and go to court, they can do that without witness testimonies, because they're dealing with an incident involving 2 minors, it's very different. Greenwood is an innocent man, he has a baby with his girlfriend. You don't want him back at United because you've made up your mind that he's a rapist and you'll never change that. Just like you'll never change your mind about Ched Evans, who had all his previous convictions wiped and disproved... you'll never accept that fact because you called Ched a rapist so many times that you can't even think straight anymore. I think he's going to become a centre forward eventually anyway, like Ronaldo did. The kid is a finishing machine when he's down the middle, he can hit it with his right or his left, you can't really defend against that unless you've got 2 men minimum on him.

But before Greenwood arrived teams were doubling up on Borja... now they have to double up on Greenwood, a guy who is probably going to be a world beater eventually, so Borja has lots more space and time, the quality of the chances he is getting is much much higher now. @@paskerqkhelap4014
