Actually his free kicks especially knuckle ball declined after 2014. He suffered a major knee injury before world cup 2014! And yes after the 2016 injury his power free kicks totally declined. Kids don't realize pre 2014 CR7 was one of the greatest set piece specialist!

@Lionel Messi some part of your statement is right, the other is wrong & doesn’t even make sense 🤦🏻. how could you say freekick isn’t about luck and at the same time you say his freekick declined after/because his injury ? first of all there is no enough evidence that type of injury make some player unable to do one of the aspect of their ability (like you said freekick). thats freaking bullsht. if there’s an injury it would be affect all of his abilites, why ? because its relation to muscle movement, all the actions of abilities take muslce contribution to work perfectly, either its header to jump high, sprint to run fast, other skill (steppover), shooting from long range (outside of the box) etc and those i mentioned it takes muscle to work & if you’re happened to have an injury, you would decrease in all of it drastically, he would jump shorter & goal vs sampdoria wouldn’t be there to celebrate & his sprint would not work against those germans, and his shot would be terrible. why such an injury acts like something like you could choose which one would affect your attribute as player ? no it’ll affect all of them. in ronaldo case ? its not. why ? those i mention weren’t proven. he still scores freekick, he still run fast, jump higher nothing change since his injury. the other logical reason is age catch him up & less practice especially for his freekick. other wise wouldn’t score any freekick since his injury.

I live in South Africa and have only seen Ronaldo live once. 2010 world cup. He didn't get any freekicks in the game but he scored and they won 6-0 however he scored a beautiful freekick in the warmup. So glad he is coming back to my team. GGMU

Lo de la Liga es increíble con Cristiano. Así a bote pronto, se han dejado el gol al atleti en el Calderón en 2011-2012 y el del getafe en 2009-2010. En los que canta el portero no se han dejado ni uno. Ya hubo un video que compraban los mejores goles de Messi y Cristiano en la Liga en los que ponían goles de cristiano de rebote, como si no tuviera otros golazos. Alucinante. Funniest thing is lots of those players in that team with him were actually enemies who weren’t happy with his shine despite him winning them lots of games.. and the league is just a hateful league, they say he won’t be missed, he didn’t do anything in the league yet they want to profit off his contents… Seeing how he celebrates his goals you will know he’s a man who grew up with people always doubting him or wanting to put him down but he fought and rose above it all… My GOAT forever
